WOMEN IN POLO: HONOURING SPORT’S CHANGE MAKERS

At Casa Libertas, we honour not only sport’s greatest athletes, but also the change makers
—those who are shaping polo’s future and redefining its traditions.

Our commitment to supporting female athletes is central to our brand’s mission. Through meaningful partnerships with organizations such as La Herradura and the Asociación Argentina de Polo (AAP), alongside sponsorships, marketing campaigns, and advocacy, Casa Libertas is dedicated to elevating the visibility and recognition of women in polo.

We take immense pride in supporting and sponsoring a formidable roster of female athletes who embody excellence, determination, and grace. Among them are Hazel Jackson, Milly Hine, Meghan Gracida, and Clara Cassino—champions of two of the three prestigious Triple Crown tournaments in Argentina, as well as other major competitions around the world. Other incredible talents associated with Casa Libertas include Mia Cambiaso and Candelaria Fernández Araujo, both of whom represent the future of the sport with strength and elegance.

These women are more than just athletes; they are trailblazers, role models, and leaders. From the remarkable Hope Arellano to the inspiring Izzy Parsons and many others, their influence goes beyond the field, shaping polo for the next generation.

TROPHY BUCKLES: SYMBOLS OF EXCELLENCE

As part of our mission to celebrate achievement, Casa Libertas presented its exclusive Trophy Buckles at the 6th Argentino de Polo Femenino. Awarded to winning teams, MVPs, and the Best Playing Pony, these handcrafted buckles brought a distinctive, artisanal elegance to the ceremony. One of the tournament’s highlights was Candelaria Fernández Araujo of the La Dolfina Polo Team, whose exceptional horsemanship was recognized through her Best Playing Pony, Corazonada. Together, they captured hearts and attention across the polo world.

A FUTURE DEFINED BY WOMEN

Casa Libertas is proud to play a role in empowering female athletes
—from grassroots development to the highest levels of competition.

While polo has long been considered a male-dominated sport, that is rapidly changing. Today, over 50% of registered players are women, according to the United States Polo Association (USPA). This shift is not only a testament to the passion and skill of female players, but also a call to action—to continue supporting, celebrating, and amplifying their stories. At Casa Libertas, we stand with the women of polo, today and always.
