We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item, and we strive to make this process as smooth and efficient as possible. However, due to the unique nature of our handcrafted pieces, created in limited quantities, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a return and exchange policy that allows customers to initiate a return or exchange within one day of receiving the product. For returns and exchanges, customers must contact us via email at service@casalibertas.com within 24 hours of receiving their orders. Each return or exchange request will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, as we create products by hand in limited quantities.
If a return or exchange is approved, it is crucial that all returned products are in their original condition, including being unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Additionally, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the process.
INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
If you need to return or exchange an item purchased from Casa Libertas, please begin the process by contacting our customer service team at service@casalibertas.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation for the return or exchange in your email. Following your request, our dedicated team will provide you with detailed instructions on the next steps, including the return address and any additional information required to process your return or exchange. When preparing your item for return, please ensure it is securely packaged.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE COST
Please be aware that while Casa Libertas is committed to customer satisfaction, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect item being sent.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, Casa Libertas will promptly inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. For approved refunds, processing will begin immediately, and a credit will be issued directly to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow an estimated 15 business days for the credit to appear in your account, as processing times may vary. Our goal is to ensure that the refund process is smooth and hassle-free, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction.
DAMAGE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify our customer service team immediately at service@casalibertas.com, along with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will prioritize resolving the situation by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that changes or cancellations can only be made before your order has been processed for shipping.
