If a piece is marked as 'Sold Out' on Casa Libertas, it means that it is currently unavailable for purchase. However, you can still secure your pre-order and receive updates by entering your information directly through the inquire button on the page of the 'Sold Out' piece or by contacting our service team at service@casalibertas.com. By doing so, you'll gain priority access to the piece and receive the latest news directly to your inbox.
Each product is photographed with precise attention to detail, and the colours shown should accurately depict each product. However, it is possible that colours may vary slightly from one screen to another due to monitor display settings.
Should you have forgotten your password, please select “Forgotten your password?” when logging in. For security reasons, an automatic email will be sent to the address you have fulfilled, including a link that will allow you to create your new personal password. Once you have entered your account, you will be able to change this password.

ORDERS
To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your desired piece, choose sizes and quantities, and add them to your shopping bag. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, and select your preferred payment method.
Upon successful order placement, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, a unique order number, and an estimated delivery time. Please retain this confirmation for future reference.
You may experience a short delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have been redirected depending on your email settings. DELIVERY
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate, and someone is available to receive the package. If you're not available, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for package retrieval or rescheduling delivery.
For international orders, customs fees, taxes, or other charges may apply, which are not included in the total cost. Customers are responsible for these fees. Casa Libertas recommends contacting your local customs office for information on current charges.
